Dance Picture Information

• SESSION DATE: Photos will be conducted on Saturday, March 27th and Sunday, March 28th 2021. (please see schedule to find your class’ date/time)
• ONLINE DATE: Photos will be online on or before Friday, April 9th at 5pm (in many cases they post early so check back often)
• ORDER DUE DATE: Orders must be placed on or before Thursday, April 15th at 5pm (please order early to avoid any complications)

All orders will be submitted and paid for online so please read the following information to educate yourselves on the ordering process. Do not place orders for a photo if you are not happy with it. Due to the ability to view photos online refunds after purchase will not be granted. Re-takes will be done at the studio of Agape Moments if it is agreed upon that the photo does not reach studio standards. Late orders will not be accepted at the dance studio prices.

Any late orders will not be accepted and must be ordered through Agape Moments with Agape Moments’ increased studio prices. You will receive a confirmation through e-mail that your order was received and paid for. Orders that are not associated with a payment will not be processed.

The default shipping is free and will be dropped off at your dance studio. An optional shipping fee of $9+tax can be applied to orders that parents prefer to have shipped to their homes, instead of their dance studio. This can be chosen at the end of your shopping experience.

How do you access your photos? 

Photos will be ready for viewing on or before Friday, February 28th at 5:00PM. The group photos will be on their own link. When choosing a memory mate we will choose the smiling group photo that corresponds with your child’s dance. Please note that each link will need to have its own shopping cart. You cannot combine days into one shopping cart. There are many reasons for this that we cannot go into detail on but please understand that this site has been tested for many dance studios and should be a very simple approach to ordering your dance photos. Please utilize the “favorites” button (heart) to be able to see your favorited photos together.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How do I add images to the shopping cart?  There is an icon of a shopping cart on each photo. To add to shopping cart click on the shopping cart icon. You can also enlarge a photo by clicking on it and clicking on “Buy Photo.” Once you place your order no exchanges/changes/replacements can be made.

How many images can I add to a shopping cart? You can add as many images as you would like to the shopping cart within each link. As a reminder, a memory mate will use a group photo. You would choose the memory mate option on your individual and we will choose the corresponding smiling group photo to match.

I would like to purchase a CD/digital copy of my picture(s), is this possible? We no longer offer physical CDs but do offer a digital download option. You can find this at the bottom of your shopping cart for $29.50/image with copyright release. In order for you to print your images on your own or use them on Facebook, etc. you may order the instant digital download of your image(s). A email will be sent to you after purchase with the information on how to download your image and will be available for 7 days once the email is received. This release will allow the purchaser to print and/or post the purchased image(s) online. Any digital purchase cannot be used for resale or publication without permission by Sarah Rolf/Agape Moments with proper photo credit given. Group photos do not allow a Digital Download/copyright purchase option.

If I “log out” of the gallery will I lose my shopping cart if I am not done ordering? Yes, you need to finalize your purchase and pay before logging out of a gallery or walking away for another day for it to be submitted. Some have found that by logging out that their orders will not be lost. Due to personal computer settings, this may be different for each user. It is in your best interest to complete your ordering as soon as you are able and not assume it will still remain in your cart later.

How do I pay for the photos in my shopping cart? All orders are done online. When finished the shopping cart will bring you to a payment page in which your order must be paid for in order for it to be fully submitted.

How do I know if my payment went through? You will receive a confirmation of your order once it has been submitted and paid for via email. Orders that are not paid for at time of submission will not be placed. Please do not submit order unless you are ready to pay.

What is a memory mate? A memory mate is a 2.5×3.5 individual image as well as a 5×7 group photo collaged onto a 8×10 photograph. The dance studio name, year and song title will also appear. The background of the memory mate will be customized to match your child’s dance costume. How do I choose the group photo for a memory mate? The memory mate will come with the individual photo you select and we will automatically put in the matching group photo. If there is a ‘serious’ and ‘smile’ photo of the group we will automatically put in the ‘smiling’ photo.

What is a jewelry cuff?
